I get an error message when trying to log in
If you get an error that states your IP address has been found in a spam database, please follow the steps below.
1. Get your IP address
Using the same computer as you received the error (or a computer on the same corporate network), go to Google and type in the search field "what is my IP address"

2. Check the Spam Database
Copy your IP address. Then go to www.spamhaus.org/lookup (the link will open in a new tab/window), enter your IP address in the box, and click on the "Lookup" button.
